About the Company
Our client is a private equity backed services business, undergoing a major simplification project to streamline its corporate structure.
This is a hands-on Business Analyst contract supporting the project. You'll engage stakeholders across corporate functions to identify, source, and register third-party agreements, working closely with the legal and project teams to consolidate to form one source of truth.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Engage a diverse range of stakeholders across corporate functions to gather requirements
- Identify, source, and register third-party agreements relevant to the Entity Simplification Project
- Support the Legal team in assessing how agreements can be novated or assigned to the new standards
- Maintain accurate data and documentation to track agreement status throughout the process
- Provide spreadsheet-based analysis to support decision-making
Skills and Experience
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders to gather requirements
- Procurement experience, and comfortable reviewing legal contracts and documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
