Job Description

Mars UK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Transformation Lead to steer the Salesforce/Growth deployment across APAC. You will collaborate with regional CS teams, Global COE, and third-party vendors to ensure an optimal fit-for-purpose solution and successful adoption of the current tools in line with EOS standards.

You will map processes, gather regional requirements, and drive change management, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support while maintaining strong stakeholder
