In this role, you will:

n

n
- Receipting and storing deliveries.
n
- Assist in general deliveries throughout the club of liquor requirements.
n
- Perform monthly stocktakes and supply relevant reports to management.
n
- Perform general cleaning maintenance in the store, including but not limited to dusting shelves, displays, etc.; vacuuming and sweeping floors; removing trash from store; cleaning store and cooler windows; washing shelves and bottles;
n




- The implementation of workplace policies and procedures as directed by management.
n
- managing transfers from cellar to bars including the recording of transfers and rotating stock
n
- Organise, receive and accept deliveries.
n
- Receive incoming goods, checking for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
n
- To participate as part of a team providing services to management & patrons.
n
- Through the application of recognised occupational health and safety practices, provide a safe and healthy environment.
n
- To perform all duties consistent with the vision, mission, values and policies of the club and statutory requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

n

Experience, skills & attributes (Essential)

n

n
- Thorough understanding of Beer reticulation systems
n
- knowledge of storing beer, wine, spirits
n
- Physically able to bend, crouch, kneel & lift object weighing up to 20 kgs when required without assistance.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
n
- FullDrivers Licence
n
- Strong organisational and follow up skills.
n
- To adhere to club policies at all times
n
- Current NSW Competency Card (RSA & RCG)
n
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skill.
n
- Demonstrated experience in applying Occupational Health and Safety initiatives in a workplace.
n
- Ability to show initiative and judgement in the workplace
n
- Ability to speak a second or multiple languages
n
- Reliable transport
