Duration: Initial 12 month contract

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join a high-profile digital transformation program. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to design, develop, integrate and deploy robust Salesforce solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
n
- Design reusable, scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with development and governance standards.
n
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and other integration technologies.
n
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment across environments, including Production.
n
- Support CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
n
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI and accessibility specialists.
n
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
n




- Promote Salesforce development best practices and help uplift team capability.

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
n
- Strong understanding of OOP, frameworks and design patterns.
n
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events or similar technologies.
n
- Experience with Git/source control and package-based Salesforce development.
n
- Experience delivering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud solutions.
n
- Understanding and appreciation of accessible design and development.
n
- Must be an Australian Citizen
n

Desirable

n

n
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
n
- Experience with Jira, VS Code, DevOps and CI/CD.
n
- Experience delivering 4+ Salesforce CRM/platform projects using Agile methodologies.
n
- Experience with AI Agentic Coding.
