About the Candidate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Japanese Restaurant Cook to join our busy and growing team in Mount Isa, Queensland.

n

This is a full-time position suited to a passionate hospitality professional with strong experience in Japanese cuisine,



particularly sushi and hot food preparation.

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a Japanese restaurant environment
n
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and food preparation
n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
n
- Robust teamwork and communication skills
