About the Role
n
Reporting to the Director, Learning, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Construction faculty.
n
You will lead geographically dispersed teaching teams while ensuring consistency, quality and compliance across all campuses.
n

- Significant leadership experience managing teaching or operational teams

- Outstanding people management and coaching skills
n

- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
n
- Strong organisational and planning skills
n
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
n
- TAE40116 / TAE50216 (or equivalent)
n
- Relevant construction qualifications and industry experience
n
n
Highly regarded
n
n
- Multi-campus leadership
n
- Experience in an RTO
n
- ASQA compliance knowledge
n
- Curriculum quality improvement
n
- Experience leading organisational change
n
n
