To qualify you must use Visage 7 regularly — weekly or more — as a working part of your job, with 2+ years of professional radiology/imaging experience.

Visage 7 knowledge we require

Image interpretation & measurement

- Using Visage 7's measurement, MPR, and volume-rendering tools to reach a diagnostic read

- Applying integrated structured decision-support tools (TI-RADS, O-RADS, and similar) to grade a finding and determine next steps

- Distinguishing a working measurement or annotation from an entry that's part of the finalized, signed report

Patient & study records

- Patient/study hierarchy and prior-study linking across a patient's imaging history

- Recording findings and observations accurately, including on partial or handed-off studies

- Setting and interpreting follow-up recommendations and flags on a patient's imaging record

Exam & workflow operations

- Study lifecycle: worklist assignment, interpretation, report generation, signing, addendum

- Distinguishing a preliminary measurement or annotation from a booked, signed report entry

- Distinguishing what's confirmed by the current study from what's assumed from prior reports when picking up a case mid-workflow

Reference & configuration data

- Protocol and hanging-protocol setup, and how configuration constrains what a given modality/study type displays

- DICOM metadata handling and how it affects display and downstream EHR/RIS integration

Regulatory & reporting standards

- Applying the relevant accreditation or reporting standard to determine whether a study meets compliance requirements

- Version/currency awareness — which protocol or standard applies as of the current exam date

Audit & handoff

- Recording findings, conclusions, and open items so the next reviewer can see exactly what was reviewed and what's outstanding

- Reporting and audit-trail screens relevant to case status and compliance tracking

What you'll do

- Confirm the patient/study record reflects what was actually observed, not what's assumed, especially on partial handoffs

- Grade a finding using the relevant structured tool as of the current exam, and record it with a follow-up recommendation

- Distinguish preliminary measurements/annotations from signed, finalized report entries

- Judge completeness: is the full case understood, is anything left open that shouldn't be, is the record ready for the next reviewer or for sign-off

- Verify recorded outcomes are traceable — auditable, not just noted informally

Requirements

- Frequent Visage 7 use — weekly or more — in your current or recent role

- 2+ years of qualified experience in radiology, medical imaging, or a related clinical-imaging function

- Reflexive familiarity with structured reporting tools, measurement workflows, and preliminary-vs-final distinctions

- Relevant clinical degree or certification (e.g., MD/DO with radiology board certification, ARRT for technologists) or equivalent hands-on PACS/imaging experience
