Job Description

Including You Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality, community-based support to adult NDIS participants. You'll manage your caseload with autonomy while collaborating with the Allied Health Manager to grow our service.

You will conduct functional behavioural assessments, lodge plans via PRODA, train families and care teams, monitor outcomes, and help reduce restrictive practices to improve client outcomes.
