We are currently looking for a qualified Client Service Manager for a full-time position. Tasks Include:

- Implement cross-training programs to ensure that customer service team members are versatile and can handle various aspects of logistics inquiries.

- Ensure that customer service operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on feedback.
n
- Managing, inspiring, and developing staff providing customer services.
n
- Collaborate with the operations team to forecast and plan for peak periods or increased demand.
n
- Provide insights from customer interactions to support sales strategies.
n
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of customer service operations.
