Looking for a short-term opportunity that offers genuine flexibility, comprehensive training and meaningful customer interaction?

Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised and solutions-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our Brisbane team for our busy season.

n

This is a full-time, four-month fixed-term contract, working four days from home and just one day each week from our Wacol office.

n

You don't need to come from the removals industry. If you have experience in customer service, administration, travel, bookings or client coordination-and enjoy keeping people informed and organised-we would love to hear from you.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Moving can be a stressful experience. You will help make it easier by coordinating each client's relocation and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Acting as a friendly and reassuring point of contact for clients
n
- Coordinating relocation requirements and keeping clients updated
n
- Liaising with suppliers to support a smooth and positive experience
n
- Responding to enquiries, changes and issues with a solutions-focused approach
n
- Accurately entering and maintaining client information in our technology platform
n
- Managing competing priorities during our busy relocation season
n
- Following each relocation through and ensuring important details are not missed
n

What will help you succeed

We are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment.

n

You may bring:

- Customer service, administration, coordination, travel or booking experience
n
- Clear, warm and professional communication skills
n
- Confidence speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
n
- The ability to organise your workload and manage changing priorities
n
- A calm, logical approach when resolving questions or problems
n
- Confidence learning new systems and working independently from home
n
- A genuine desire to provide a great customer experience
n

Previous relocation or travel-industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.

n
