Job Details
- Position: Specialist in Paediatrics (temporary)
- Contract: 10 July 2026 – 1 January 2027
- Location: Hospital 150 km east of Melbourne, South Eastern VIC (Gippsland region)
Responsibilities
- Ward cover 0800 – 1600
- On‑call duties (rate inclusive)
Qualifications
- Registered medical practitioner with AHPRA
- Right to work in Australia
Pay
$1,500–$3,000 per day, depending on shift timing.
The hospital is a purpose‑built teaching facility with 313 beds, providing extensive services including cancer care, cardiology, mental health, and current pediatric units scheduled to open in 2024.
