Our client, Vertaview Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing People and Culture team.
This is a great opportunity for a practical, hands‑on HRBP who enjoys working with leaders, using people data to inform decisions and making a tangible impact across a diverse and growing organisation. You'll join a cooperative People and Culture function of approximately 45 people, including four HRBPs and three HR Advisors, with dedicated Employee Relations support available across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Provide practical HR partnership and guidance across a diverse range of business areas (ie.corporate services, frontline service delivery, integrated mental health, or behaviour support practitioner)
- Genuinely generalist HRBP role – you'll work across a varied portfolio rather than operating within a narrow HR specialisation.
- Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards and insights to support workforce and people decisions.
- Support leaders across performance, engagement, development and organisational change.
- Manage key reporting requirements, including WGEA and insurance reporting.
- Lead employee benefits initiatives and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to policy development and broader People and Culture initiatives.
Who we're looking for
- An experienced HRBP who can hit the ground running, ideally with 2-5 years' experience in a high-volume,
fast-paced or operational environment.
- Strong HR reporting, analytics and data capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- A broad generalist HR skillset and practical, solutions‑focused approach.
- Experience working across diverse employee groups and business areas.
- Strong project and continuous improvement capability.
- A relevant HR qualification or degree.
- Experience in a multi-entity, matrixed or complex organisation will be highly regarded. Experience in disability, mental health, ageing or human services is desirable, but not essential.
- Compliance: NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check are required prior to commencement, but don't need to be held at application stage.
Why join?
- NFP salary packaging, including up to $15,900 tax-free + $2,650 meals & entertainment
- Exclusive discounts on shopping, dining, travel, and more
- Novated leasing available
- Hybrid working after three-month probation
- Join an experienced and collaborative People and Culture team
- Opportunity to make a genuine community impact
