Qantas invites a Senior Quality Engineer – Conversational AI to join our recent Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will design and execute automated tests for chatbot solutions, validate conversation flows, and collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams to raise QA standards across CAI initiatives.
