The Royal Children’s Hospital is seeking a Change and Communications Lead for the Rostering Project in Melbourne. This fixed-term, part-time role (up to 64 hours per fortnight) sits within Corporate Services for 16 months, focusing on designing and delivering a structured change management and communications programme to support the transition to a new rostering solution.

You will work across all departments and levels, ensuring staff are informed, engaged, and equipped to adopt current rostering
