Capture Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Assembler for a position based in the Western Suburbs on Day shift for those with demonstrated experience. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start and a view to permanency for the right candidate.

n

Shift Schedule:

n

n
- Day Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm
n
- Monday to Friday
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Pick & prepare components from the warehouse for assembly
n
- Assemble products in accordance with technical drawings, procedures & job instructions
n
- Reading & interpreting industrial drawings for assembly of industrial fans
n
- Use of hand & power tools
n
- Forklift driving
n
- Manual handling tasks
n
- Carry out regular maintenance on assembly line tools & report defects to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager
n




- Assist with warehouse duties as required, including non routine operational tasks
n
- Maintain clean, organised & secure equipment, machinery & work areas
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Current & valid forklift licence is essential
n
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings essential
n
- Mechanical aptitude, with technical or trade training in mechanical processes considered highly desirable
n
- Experience using hand & power tools
n
- Experience using overhead crane advantageous
n
- Proven ability to work with & meet KPI's
n
- Basic computer capability across Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
