The Role
n

- Advise clients on significant commercial and corporate disputes, regulatory investigations, class actions, commissions, inquiries and corporate misconduct matters.
n
- Assist with the prevention, management and resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution processes.
n
- Work on complex, multi-party matters involving sophisticated legal and commercial issues across a diverse client base.
n

About You
n
n
- You will ideally have three or more years' post-admission experience with broad commercial litigation experience.
n
- Top-tier experience and training
n
- Quality academic performance, with a distinction average.
n
- You bring strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients on complex matters.
n
- You are a motivated and cooperative lawyer who can work independently when required and thrives in a high-performing team environment.
n
- Exposure to high-profile and technically challenging disputes within a team that prioritises individual development based on capability rather than tenure.
