Job Description
n
- $75 per hour, casual flat rate
n
- Ongoing shutdown work across the Pilbara
n
- FIFO from Perth Airport
n
n
Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, conducting boilermaking and welding duties on multiple projects across the Pilbara Region.
n
THE ROLE
n
n
- Assemble and install new supports/structural members to existing infrastructure
n
- Inspect and identify areas in need of repair, or any malfunctions/damage
n
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures and project schedules
n
- Carry out fabrication, maintenance and upgrades as required
n
- Completion of sign off documentation as required
n
- Prepare/complete Fabrications that comply with the client's specification and drawings
n
- Participate in Toolbox and safety meetings
n
- Contribute to activities of continuous improvement
n
- Adhere to safe work practices
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Must be able to weld to a 3G/4G procedure
n
- Able to weld to a 6G procedure - desirable but not required
n
- Experience in the mining industry
n
- Australian trade certificate
n
- Police Check (or ability to obtain one)
n
- White card
n
- Proactive, teamwork skills, and high safety standards
n
