About The Role

Reporting to the Store Development Project Manager, this is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision and pace matter equally. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, we're flexible - what matters most is the quality of your craft.

A day in the life

n

As a JOINER / CABINET MAKER, your daily tasks may include:

n

n
- Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and joinery products to specification
n
- Interpreting plans and preparing cutting lists for each job
n
- Measuring, cutting, routing, gluing,



and assembling timber components with precision
n
- Operating CNC, panel saw and other workshop machinery safely
n
- Ensuring accurate alignment, fitting, and finishing across all joinery work
n
- Working collaboratively with the broader team to meet deadlines
n

n

About You

n

The ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:

n

n
- Proven experience in joinery or cabinetry
n
- Sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
n
- Previous experience using panel saw, edge banders and CNC machines
n
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
n
- Demonstrable ability to read and interpret plans
n
- Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
n
