Australia is one of the markets opening now, and this role is its technical leader, reporting into the global HQ's C-level and deciding locally.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead the technical side of sales into Australia's major banks, telcos, and insurers: early conversations, live demos, architecture and security reviews.
n
- Stay hands-on: ship code, build the first integrations yourself, and set the quality bar nobody else is there to set.
n
- Hire and lead the technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales. You are laying the technical foundation of the Australia entity.
n
- Own customer integrations end to end, from scoping to production deployment, and hold the line on accuracy in live environments.
n
- Bring the market back to the product org: feedback, localization,



and what Australia needs that global doesn't ship yet.

- Be the local technical face: partnerships, escalations, and the person customers call.

Who You Are

n

n
- 8+ years hands-on software engineering. You've shipped things that ran in production, not slide decks about them.
n
- Proven in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations. You've been in the room when the deal turns technical.
n
- Customer-facing by background (Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or similar), fluent in both tech and business.
n
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
n
- Leadership DNA at Director, VP, or Founder level.
n
- Zero-to-one comfortable: you build the plan, the team, and the system with nobody above you to ask.
n
- Great if you have: founded or been early at a company that scaled; enterprise AI or agent deployment experience; a network across Australian enterprise IT.
