Due to continued growth across their client base, they are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Business Services team.

About the Role

n

Working fully remotely, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of business clients while providing high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing BAS, IAS,



financial statements and asset depreciation schedules
n
- Preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies and partnerships
n
- Completing Division 7A loan reconciliation workpapers
n
- Managing GST and CGT reconciliations, including property and listed shares
n
- Working directly with clients across industries including medical, engineering, retail and manufacturing
n
- Providing accurate and timely business and taxation advice to clients of varying sizes
n

About You

n

n
- 4+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
n
- Strong exposure to Division 7A, GST, CGT, FBT, payroll, property and bookkeeping
n
- Experience working with business clients with turnover of approximately $4 million or more
n
- Experience using MYOB AE
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
n
- A motivated, positive and professional approach
n
- Completed or currently undertaking your CA/CPA qualification
