We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, higher education, major commercial, government, and high‐rise projects, who can drive results in fast‐paced, high‐impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
n
- Oversee projects within healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high‐rise, and large commercial developments
n
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
n
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
n
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance
n
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
n
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards
n
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
n




- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
n
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
n
- Proven experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high‐rise, or large commercial projects
n
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflows
n
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
n
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
n
- Design-build project experience
n

n
