Cloncurry State School P-12 is seeking a highly motivated, organised and effective individual to join our Administration Team. Your opportunity:

- As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including human resource (HR), financial and facilities, and/or undertake a narrow range of duties relating to a specific corporate services function.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for the efficient and effective provision of corporate services to support school operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide efficient administrative, financial and HR support across the school.
- Assist with budgets, purchasing, invoices, reconciliations and financial records.
- Support recruitment, staff records, leave, timesheets, Blue Card and compliance requirements.
- Assist with staff supervision, workforce planning and professional development.
- Support facilities, maintenance, assets, stocktakes and facility hire.
- Coordinate contractors, minor works and capital works as required.




- Provide professional support to staff, parents, students and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Undertake other suitable duties as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to manage and perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with the school, parents and wider community.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and positive approach at all times.
- Undertake suitable duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
