Job Description

JBS Townsville is seeking a By-Products / Rendering Supervisor to lead the Rendering Department in a full-time capacity. You will oversee processing of by-products into tallow, grease, blood meal and bone meal, while coordinating labour and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will manage performance, payroll records and QA documentation, and work with maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency in a quick-paced environment.
