Job Description

CBRE Group, Inc. in Melbourne is seeking a Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, testing and installation of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems across a facility.

The role requires a trade school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience; certification in Contractors License plumbing, Medical Gas and Backflow preferred; a valid driver's license is required. Supervisory experience is beneficial.
