Job Description

We're after a Bar Supervisor who can run and manage our bar solo, competent in classic cocktails and able to pick up our in house cocktails. As well as be able to run a section of the floor if needed and assist the Restaurant Manager with BOH admin.

Key responsibilities

n

Managing stock and editing drinks menu

n

Supervising casual and floor staff during service

n

Monitoring food quality at the pass

n

Cashing up and closing two nights a week

n

Taking bookings by phone when needed

n

Responding to venue hire and private hire enquiries by email and through the booking system when the manager is unavailable
