HammondCare invites applications for a Dementia Consultant (Dementia Advisor) at our Horlsey Site, a fixed-term, full time role in residential aged care. You will mentor care staff, apply dementia-specific clinical knowledge, and collaborate across teams to advance evidence-based practices.

Required: 3+ years with dementia, RN qualification; Training & Assessment a plus. You’ll lead on-ground support, staff coaching, and engage in quality improvement projects within a supportive, inclusive
