Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network SME with strong expertise in Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud Networking. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
n
- Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WAN technologies.
n
- Manage switching technologies including VLANs, STP, VXLAN-EVPN, and Cisco Nexus platforms.
n
- Support and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi/WLAN environments.
n
- Integrate and manage networking solutions across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
n
- Provide Level-3 support, lead major incident (P1) calls, and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
n




- Support Palo Alto firewalls and network security solutions.
n
- Participate in solution design, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.
n
- Mentor engineers and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
n
