About the role:

This is an exciting chance for Speech Pathology graduates to kickstart their career in a structured, supportive, and rewarding graduate program commencing January 2026.

The role offers exposure to a varied caseload across paediatric and adult clients, focused on assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and management of a range of communication disorders. Whether you choose full-time or part-time, you'll benefit from:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will:

n

- Be graduating from a recognised Speech Pathology degree in 2025
n
- Be eligible for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia before commencing
n
- Be passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy and working within a collaborative team
n
- Have excellent communication and time management skills
n
- Be able to obtain:n n
- Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
n
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- Medicare Provider Number
n

- Hold an open driver's licence (desirable)
n
- Be proactive, flexible, and committed to ongoing professional development
