n Castle Education are recruiting High Needs Support Assistants for a range of schools and specialist provisions.
n This is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping young people develop their confidence, independence and ability to access education.
n What could your day look like?
n Depending on the setting, you may:

- Provide 1:1 support
n
- Work with small groups
n
- Support pupils within a classroom
n
- Help pupils manage behaviour and emotions
n
- Support communication and learning
n
- Encourage independence and life skills
n




- Help pupils engage positively with school
n

n

Experience with SEN, SEND, complex needs, autism, SEMH or behavioural support is highly desirable.
n The Perks£14.24–£16.00 per hour depending on experience and setting.
