Senior Kitchen & Renovation Sales Consultant – On Road

We are looking for someone who knows kitchens.

Not simply someone who can sell them.

We’re looking for an experienced kitchen professional who can walk into a client’s home, understand the space, recognise what will work, identify what won’t, and confidently guide the conversation from initial ideas towards a well-considered renovation.

You may have spent years in kitchen sales and design, managed a showroom, led a team, owned a cabinetry or renovation business, worked as a senior estimator or designer, or built your career across several areas of the industry.

What matters to us is that you’ve developed genuine kitchen knowledge, sound judgement and the confidence to use it.

About the role

This is a predominantly on-the-road position, working with qualified clients who have already taken the first step towards improving their home.

You’ll meet clients at their property, understand what they’re trying to achieve, assess the existing space, explore suitable solutions and gather the information required to develop their project.

From there, you’ll remain involved as the proposal comes together, helping clients make informed decisions and progressing suitable projects towards acceptance.

You’ll be supported by our internal team across drafting, estimating, administration, manufacturing and installation.

Your focus is the client, the opportunity and getting the front end of the project right.

What you’ll bring

We’re particularly interested in people with substantial experience across kitchens, cabinetry, joinery or residential renovations.

You’ll ideally bring:

Strong knowledge of kitchen design,



construction and practical functionality

Experience dealing directly with homeowners and understanding renovation requirements

Confidence conducting site consultations and taking accurate measurements

An understanding of cabinetry, benchtops, appliances, finishes and associated trades

The ability to recognise potential issues and develop practical solutions

Commercial awareness when discussing project scope and client expectations

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to manage several opportunities at different stages

Professional follow-through from initial consultation through to project acceptance

Previous business ownership, management, team leadership or mentoring experience would be highly regarded.

You should be comfortable looking at a kitchen and understanding how the project will actually come together — not simply how it will look.

You’ve probably been around the industry long enough to have learnt lessons that don’t come from a textbook.

You know how to ask the right questions, explain complicated things simply and recognise when a proposed solution needs to be reconsidered.

You’re comfortable working independently, enjoy meeting people and still have the drive to win good projects and help a business move forward.





You bring experience to the table, but you’re also interested in continuing to learn, contribute and improve.

Alluring Kitchens is a family-owned kitchen and cabinetry company based in Findon, South Australia.

We design, manufacture and install custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and outdoor kitchens across Adelaide, together with coordinating the associated trades required to deliver complete renovations.

Our mission is to provide South Australians with an amazing start-to-finish experience through quality workmanship, explicit communication and genuine care.

We’ve been creating kitchens and cabinetry for Adelaide homeowners since 2005 and operate from our Findon showroom and manufacturing facility with an experienced team delivering projects from initial consultation through to completion.

Full-time position

$85,000 – $100,000 salary, based on experience and capability

Predominantly on-road across metropolitan Adelaide

Based from our Findon showroom and manufacturing facility between appointments
