selectability is seeking a Youth Mentor for the BikeShed Program in Rockhampton. The role focuses on mentoring at-risk youth through bike repair, cycling activities, and life skills workshops, with a view to fostering resilience and community ties.

You will engage with First Nations Elders in cultural sessions and support youths to navigate education, employment readiness, and broader community initiatives while maintaining child-secure, trauma-informed practices.
