We're growing across Bayside QLD , opening current stores, renovating others and strengthening the teams in our existing ones. That means Store Manager opportunities are opening up, and we'd rather find the right people now than wait until each role goes live.

The roster: (because it's what you really want to know): No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. That's rare in retail. Here, it's just how we roster.

The job: Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this.

You: You've managed a store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the rest.

What you get: $31.11 base hourly rate + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
