About the role

n

Based in Wattle Grove, WA we are seeking a full time experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly team in this busy and varied role in our Finance Department.

n

Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, on-site.

n

The Role

n

n
- Debt collecting - efficiently following up with clients telephonically, recording client communications.
n
- Assessing client queries in AR inbox.
n
- Payment allocation queries to be attended to and resolved.
n
- Updating client email addresses when bounce back emails are received from EzyCollect.
n
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships & attending to queries promptly in a qualified manner.
n
- Managing Trade Applications and vendor forms
n




- Managing Client accounts and taking off stop credit after payment has been received
n
- Portal Invoice uploading and management
n
- Process banking
n
- Assist Assistant Accountant and other senior finance personnel as required with Ad hoc related tasks as required
n

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage large volumes of transactions

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
n
- Understanding of basic account principles & accounts receivable processes
n
- Intermediate in MS Excel and Business Central Dynamics or other ERP System
n
