Responsibilities

- Manage investor reporting and analysis for operational assets, particularly purpose-built student accommodation and co-living
n
- Lead the quarterly and semi-annual external valuation process
n
- Attend monthly PCG meetings to monitor existing projects
n
- Report and reforecast development performance
n
- Support property business planning and budgeting with the asset management team
n
- Monitor portfolio performance and independent and internal valuations
n
- Collaborate with the student accommodation Operating Company on asset performance and reporting
n
- Manage ESG tracking and reporting
n
- Support acquisition cash flow models, investment opportunity analysis, sensitivity analysis, tax and leverage modelling, and buy/hold/sell analysis
n
- Coordinate and contribute to Investment Committee papers for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio updates
n
- Participate in regular site inspections
n
- Provide operational support across risk management and compliance
n
- Build relationships with Nuveen Real Estate and TIAA businesses across Asia, the UK, Europe, and the US
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
n
- 5+ years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, underwriting, investment banking, or a similar investment-focused role
n
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, portfolio analytics, and quantitative analysis skills
n
- Ability to interpret real estate investment and asset-level performance
n




- Advanced proficiency in Excel
n
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
n
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external partners
n
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
n
- Demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
n
- No regulatory designation required
