Yaandina Community Services in Roebourne seeks a dedicated Family Support Worker to provide practical, emotional and intensive support to children, individuals and families within the community.

You will work within a culturally safe, person-centred framework, helping families build resilience, strengthen parenting, improve household stability and access services through referrals and advocacy. This is a full-time, in office role supporting First Nations families and working with partner agencies.
