We are currently looking for enthusiastic and hands-on Retail Trade Assistants – Industrial/Trade to join our supportive and high-performing teams at Kalgoorlie store.

What you will enjoy doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone and email
- Assist industrial and trade customers with product advice and sales
- Manage stock, receive/dispatch goods, and maintain displays
- Support product demos, upselling, and promotions
- Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard/forklift work
- Maintain a clean and compliant store environment

What makes you great

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced retail/trade setting
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)
- Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks
- Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal
