Protech SA is currently seeking motivated and reliable Trade Assistants, Labourers and Machine Operators for multiple ongoing opportunities with some of South Australia’s leading manufacturing companies.

Whether you have experience in switchboard assembly, workshop operations, machine operating, steel fabrication, production environments or general labouring, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Ongoing casual opportunities with full-time hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assembly and manufacturing of switchboards and electrical components
- General production and assembly work
- Machine operation and workshop dutiesForklift operation and material handling where licensed
- Reading and following drawings, plans and work instructions
- Use of hand and power tools
- Quality checking finished products
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED





- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or workshop environments
- Experience using a range of hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
- Switchboard assembly experience highly regarded
- Forklift licence and operating experience highly regardedMachine operating experience desirable
- Experience working with steel, fabrication or assembly processes advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret drawings beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
