A well-run, welcoming property with 25 motel rooms & 4 x 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units is seeking an experienced Relief Management Couple or Single Manager from 28th December 2026 to 11th January 2027 (dates adaptable) . Generally, this is a very quiet period with occupancy typically below 50%. All linen is outsourced. Full housekeeping team in place; managers to strip departing rooms, remove rubbish, and place clean linen ready for housekeeping. Reception generally 8am–5/6pm, with managers on call after hours. General duties include bookings, payments, room charges, basic administration, guest enquiries/complaints, room inspections, stock ordering, minor maintenance & emergency call-outs. Pool chemicals and gardening outsourced; managers to run pool Dolphin daily and undertake basic watering/grounds upkeep as required. No food service. Sorry no pets. GuestPoint FOS. Accommodation provided: Motel room close to reception. Daily rate: starting at $250 – based on experience. Handover provided.
