Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre (West Pymble) is a vibrant community recreation centre operated by The Y NSW in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council. The centre features a contemporary gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, group fitness programs, swimming lessons, and family-friendly facilities, serving people of all ages across the local community.
Your Role
- Welcome members and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Manage memberships, bookings, and program enquiries
- Process payments and transactions accurately
- Support smooth day-to-day centre operations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic computer and admin skills
Essential Requirements
- Working With Children Check
- CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous customer service experience
- Commitment to safety,
inclusion and safeguarding
