Matrix Education is hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to join the team at our Bella Vista , Castle Hill , Chatswood , Epping , Hurstville , Strathfield and Parramatta locations. Working hours are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to our customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs whilst building and maintaining solid relationships with all client bases. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.

What you’ll do…

- DaytodayoperationalmanagementoftheMatrixcampus.
- Respondingtoinboundtelephone,emailandfacetofaceenquiries.




- Makingoutboundsalesandengagementcalls.
- Ownershipofendtoendenrolmentmanagement,fromtriallessons,enrolmenttoretention.
- ManagementofcustomerprofilesandenrolmentsontheCRM.
- Deliveryofinternalcommunicationsatthecampuslevel.
- Providingsupporttostaffandstudentsonsite.

What you’ll need…

- Minimumtwoyears’experienceincustomerservice,administrationorcallcentre.
- Outstandingverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,withaconfident,politeandprofessionalapproach.
- Keenattentiontodetailwhendocumentingandenteringinformation.
- Abilitytoremaincalmandfocusedduringbusyperiods.
