DECJUBA is seeking a Design Manager in Australia to lead our Graphic Design team and shape the next evolution of our visual identity across campaigns, digital assets, retail, and packaging.

You will set the creative direction for a four-person team, translate strategies into visual narratives, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and more. The role requires 6+ years in fashion/retail design, solid leadership, and CC skills including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
