Job Description

- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
n
- Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
n
- Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
n
- Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness and recovery standards
n
- Learn and assist in consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
n
- Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that fosters sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns
n

Requirements

n

n
- Must be 18 years or older
n
- Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
n
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
n
- Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
n
- Adaptable to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
n
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
n
- Able to operate retail Point of Sale system
n




- Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
n
- Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
n
