The Role

n

You'll be joining a highly capable engineering team building high-performance software in C++ and C#. This is hands-on engineering where you'll be solving complex problems, influencing technical decisions, and helping shape the direction of the platform. You'll have a genuine voice in architecture and design, not just a backlog of tickets to get through.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance software components in C++ and C#
n
- Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions
n
- Writing clean, tested, maintainable code and helping set engineering standards across the team
n
- Working closely with product, QA, and other engineers to deliver reliable software
n
- Mentoring mid-level engineers and supporting their growth
n
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and improving performance-critical systems
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
n
- Strong hands-on experience developing production software in both C++ and C#
n
- A solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and system architecture
n
- Experience working with multithreaded, real-time, or performance-sensitive systems will be highly regarded
n
- Confidence working across the full software development lifecycle
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
n
- Mining software experience highly desirable but not essential
n
