About The Role

n

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Belrose and other areas across Sydney NSW.

n





You will:

n

n
- Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients' homes, including individual case management.
n
- Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
n
- Deliver education, counselling, and group support aimed at improving patients' health outcomes.
n
- Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
n
- Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.
n

Skills and Experiences:

n

What You'll Need:

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
n
- Australian Working Rights
n
- Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
n

Willingness to complete:

n

- Police Check
n
- Working with Children's Check
n
- Updated Vaccination/Immunisation Record
n
- Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
n
