Job Description

We are seeking a polished and experienced Client Services Manager to join a well-established accounting and advisory firm. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for overseeing the Client Services function, supporting Partners and skilled staff, and ensuring client matters and internal workflows are managed efficiently.

The Role

n

You will take ownership of client administration, workflow coordination, billing and debtor management, while acting as the escalation point for more complex client matters. You will also supervise and develop a Client Services Officer and contribute to process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing complex client enquiries and administrative matters
n
- Supporting Partners, accountants and advisors
n
- Coordinating ATO correspondence, payment plans and regulatory administration
n
- Managing billing, invoicing and debtor follow-up
n
- Overseeing pre-job processes, documentation and workflow
n
- Monitoring deadlines and resolving administrative bottlenecks
n
- Supervising,



mentoring and developing the Client Services Officer
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and client experience
n

About You:

n

n
- Experience in professional services, accounting, legal, financial services or a similar environment
n
- Strong client service and administrative experience
n
- Previous exposure to billing, invoicing and debtor management
n
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
n
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients
n
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
n
- Strong judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills
n
- An interest in process improvement, technology and operational efficiency
n
