Job Description

We are sourcinghighly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to work with a leading Australian Government organisation

n

This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering flexibility with a minimum of three days in the office each week, based in either Geelong or Richmond

n

The role is initially contracted for 12 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

n

As the selected candidate, you will:

n

n
- Develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex, and platform configurations.
n
- Collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions.
n
- Contribute to developing secure, accessible, and maintainable digital services aligned with platform standards and user needs.
n
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise quality and delivery.
n
- Support integration activities between Salesforce and external systems through APIs and established patterns.
n
- Utilise modern development tools and practices to improve productivity and ensure productive delivery.
n

To be successful in this role you should have:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience developing Salesforce-based solutions within enterprise environments.
n
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components,



Experience Cloud, Apex, and Salesforce platform configuration.
n
- Proven ability to develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
n
- Experience delivering accessible digital services, applying accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles.
n
- Familiarity with source control, automated deployment, and modern software development practices.
n
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
n

It is desirable if you have:

n

n
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
n
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including Integration Procedures and OmniStudio.
n
- Background supporting customer-facing digital services within government or regulated environments.
n
- Knowledge of other Salesforce platform capabilities like Service Cloud and associated digital service platforms.
