We're seeking an experienced Engineering & Asset Manager to spearhead the implementation of our Global Asset Management Blueprint, driving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our critical infrastructure assets.

About the Role

As the Engineering & Asset Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team across Asset Planning & Scheduling, BMS Operations, and Contract Administration. Your mission: deliver world-class technical asset management services that optimise lifecycle costs and ensure zero network outages.

You'll harness the power of advanced analytics and CMMS systems to:

- Develop predictive maintenance strategies
- Drive capital planning and operational improvements
- Standardise asset management processes and reporting
- Identify and mitigate asset-related risks
- Enhance energy efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team
- Implement predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring programs
- Analyse asset performance data to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence




- Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Integrate asset appraisal programs to strengthen data foundations
- Proven experience in engineering or asset management leadership
- Expertise in CMMS systems and data analytics
- Strong understanding of lifecycle cost optimisation and capital planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
