With a strong pipeline of high-profile projects and continued growth, they are now seeking an Senior Draftsperson to join their energetic and collaborative team.

Your Role

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Produce and oversee working drawings for custom single and double storey residential projects

n

Interpret architectural concepts and client briefs into accurate, construction-ready documentation

n

Liaise directly with clients, consultants, engineers and the construction team throughout the design process

n

Ensure all drawings comply with WA building codes,



standards and site-specific requirements

n

Mentor and support junior drafters within the design team

n

Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing design quality with project timelines

n

Skills & Experience

n

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

n

Proven experience as a Senior Draftsperson with a WA residential builder

n

Strong technical drafting skills across custom, non-standard home designs

n

Confident knowledge of WA building codes, construction methodology and site conditions

n

The ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members

n

Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and consultants directly

n

A practical, detail-focused mindset with genuine care for design integrity
