A well-established commercial builder is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a supported delivery environment with a strong pipeline of repeat-client work and well-run sites.

You'll take full ownership of projects from early procurement through to completion, working closely with a high-performing construction team and trusted subcontractor network. In particular multi-residential/apartments value $30m+ inner north of Melbourne CBD.

The Role

- End-to-end project delivery (program, cost, quality, safety, subcontractor performance)
n
- Procurement, contract administration and commercial management
n
- Managing construction teams and driving programme outcomes
n
- Client/stakeholder management and reporting
n




- Identifying and resolving delivery risks before they impact programme/cost
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for a head contractor / builder
n
- Strong commercial acumen (budgets, variations, procurement, EOTs)
n
- Confident communicator who can manage clients and internal stakeholders
n
- Trade or construction qualification preferred
n
- Melbourne market experience highly regarded
n
