Help Shape Futures at C&K; Hughenden Community Childcare Centre

As our highly valued Assistant Director at C&K; Hughenden, you'll support the Centre Director in leading daily operations and ensuring smooth centre management. You will also step in to support during non-contact times and assist Group Leaders when needed. You will be required for opening or closing shifts and also be a responsible person in charge. Through your ideas, passion, and experience, you will play an integral role in fostering a culture where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive.

What you'll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Must be Diploma in Early Childhood qualified.
n
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
n
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
n
- Current Police Check current
n
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
n
- Completion of Foundations of Child Safety training (Geccko)
n
n
